NEW! Open House Input Form

Great news! Beginning today, you will now be able to submit your broker’s open and public open house information to your admin using a new easy-to-use eForm on PruAndYou. In our ongoing efforts to streamline processes, this new system will communicate your open house information directly to your office admin from anywhere you are with an Internet connection.

When you log into PruAndYou, select the new “Open House Input Form” link in the left navigation under “Agent Tools”. Upon selecting this option, you will arrive at a screen that is auto-populated with your current active listing inventory in a convenient drop-down menu. Select the listing of your choice, click the drop-down for broker open or public open, select the day and time of your open, and click submit. Additional fields for broker opens are available that allow you to include comments or indicate if there is lunch or refreshments. Once you click submit, the system will generate an email confirmation to your @rubloff.com email address while simultaneously delivering this same information to your office admin for posting into all systems. If your listing does not appear in the drop-down, you can manually enter the property information in the available fields before clicking submit.

No longer will you need to call the office, email the admin, sign-up on a clipboard or any other manual process to send this info to your admin for input.
